Documentary all about ‘The Power of the Voice’

Laura Malacart, a visual artist & writer has recently been filming Kyle and his journey with his ‘voice and music’ and how he communicates through these alternative mediums. The project will be finished in 2013 and will most likely be in a form of an installation. We will update everyone as to, when and where, it can be viewed.

‘Kyle and Freinds’ will be playing at Holifair (a festival that promotes green environmental issues) in Gweek, Cornwall. This is a 3 day family event which show-cases over 30 live bands, workshops, crafts, stalls, plus camping.

We have just finished filming a music video for ‘Just Listen’ with Daniel Broadley Films.
It was an amazing couple of days and Kyle had great fun singing his heart out at his favourite beach which is just a stones throw from where we live.

We hope the the video shows a further insight into how Kyle escapes through music.

Apex Live Dates

As a result of Kyle’s album release he has now joined ‘APEX – The Voice Outside’, a community organisation based in the heart of Redruth, Cornwall, with a central focus on providing access to a variety of creative and musical outlets for adults with autism and learning disabilites. Jacqui Callis, singer/songwriter and musical facilitor, founded Apex in 2010 with the aim to help develop talented individuals who had an interest in the arts and music. Since then, Jacqui has not only enabled these musically talented individuals to find their voice but has found a range of different avenues in which their talents can be showcased.

Apex Live- Dates; where Kyle will be performing his debut single ‘Just Listen’, are as follows:
Saturday May 26th, 7.30-11pm – Redruth Community Centre, Cornwall
Friday June 1st, 1pm and 3pm – The Shell Garden, Gyllngdune Gardens, Princess Pavilion, Falmouth
Wednesday June 6th – (3-4pm) Holi-day, Holifield Farm Project, Gweek
