Kyle Coleman gives the @autismcornwall team a live performance preview of his signature song from his forthcoming album. Caroline Coleman, Kyle’s mum told us that ‘Just Listen’ was written specifically for Kyle. She said the song will be significant to many others on the autistic continuum, or with family members with experience of the condition. The song ‘Just Listen’ is simply about that; just listening. Caroline said that if we just listen we can begin to sense and feel what’s going on beyond the words and discover the true essence of what is being conveyed by people with Autism
Kyle and Caroline Coleman approached National Autistic Society Regional Officer and Song Writer Lucy Skye who agreed to write a ‘signature song’ for Kyle’s new album created by John Carter at April Media Studios in Plymouth. Together they agreed the song should speak not only for Kyle but for others struggling to communicate because of their autism. The team behind the album hope Kyle’s song will ‘fly the flag for autism’ on World Autism Day on April 2nd and for many years to come. Support Kyle & buy the song.
